to report content or a user, email noisetrance or use the report button on the track, snapshot or comment. include the link and a short explanation. we aim to review reports within 7 days and may act without notice where there is a risk of harm.

if you believe an upload infringes your copyright, follow the takedown procedure.

if your content or account was actioned and you think we got it wrong, email noisetrance within 14 days, and we’ll review it.

where required by law, we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
